THE BEATLES BASEMENT - WITH ARCHER
The Beatles Basement with Archer, is a two–hour weekly Beatles and SOLO Beatles programme driven by creative listener set ideas,
special guests, a massive collection of the original versions of songs, rarities, plus archival and exclusive interview clips.
The show was originally produced and aired in 2008 and 2009 on around 150 radio stations in the USA,
Australia and also New Zealand on Radio 1XX : ONE DOUBLE–X in Whakatane & the Eastern Bay Of Plenty.
Archer previously hosted the first 6 years of the Denver–Boulder version of Breakfast With The Beatles, building up a huge
world–wide following through the on–air broadcasts and a simultaneous online audio stream. His trademark presentation
is limited talk and maximum music, with clips of the Beatles themselves replacing host pontification.
Archer has interviewed all four Beatles in the course of his radio career, as well as most of the "Beatle people" – movers and shakers
like Bill Harry, George Martin, Linda McCartney, Yoko Ono, Sean Lennon, Julian Lennon, Olivia Harrison, Louise Harrison, Giles Martin, Eric Clapton, Sid Bernstein, Bob Eubanks, Rusty Anderson, Laurence Juber, Geoff Emerick, Alan Parsons, Bill Bernstein, Henry Diltz,
